2019 Toyota Lineup
The redesigned 2019 RAV4 comes with a noticeably larger body and tweaked exterior style elements including more sculpting. Passengers will have more legroom and cargo space inside thanks to the broader frame. The new RAV4 also comes with more power than its outgoing model with a 26-horsepower boost.
Toyota refreshes its Highlander for 2019, mostly in the style department. New to the SUV is more black accents for the SE trim and black side rocker panels on all models. Otherwise, the Highlander returns mostly unchanged with its impressive and spacious three-row seating and five packed trim levels.
Most of Toyota’s updates for its new Tacoma go to the TRD Pro trim level, like a restyled skid plate, new exterior color options, and a black chrome-tipped exhaust. Bilstein shocks are now an available option. Drivers can also add a new SX Appearance Package with black wheels, door handles, and headlight accents.
As far as minivans go, the Sienna is about as stylish and fun as they come. Its 2019 returns with five loaded trim levels and a comfortable and refined ride. New to the Sienna lineup is optional all-wheel drive and standard Apple and Android integration. All Siennas will again feature Toyota Safety Sense driver assistance features.
Toyota’s bold and eye-catching 2019 Camry is almost an exact replica of its previous version, but that doesn’t mean it’s any less competitive. The Camry now features Apple CarPlay standard in each trim. Other standard features across the lineup include adaptive cruise control, a rearview camera, and a GPS navigation app.
The Tundra gets back its TRD Pro trim level that went off the market for a year. The updated trim includes a new suspension system and wheels. Four other trims ensure that drivers get everything they need, from the base SR’s rearview camera and heated mirrors to the TRD Pro’s lifted height.
The Land Cruiser returns for 2019 with no significant changes, yet its performance ready V8 and rugged looks still pack a punch for off-roading enthusiasts. The new Land Cruiser has full-time all-wheel drive, 18-inch wheels, and 8-speed transmission to keep it moving. Its fully loaded single trim level includes perks like four-zone automatic climate control and a 14-speaker JBL audio system.
Toyota’s aging three-row SUV goes another year unchanged, but drivers can still benefit from 8-person seating, excellent ride quality, and a powerful drive. The base SR5 includes a sunroof, leather-wrapped steering wheel, and a rearview camera. Rear seat entertainment and a 14-speaker JBL sound system are included with the range-topping Platinum.
Back for its second model year is the CH-R with some new and revised trim levels. The all-new base LE offers dual-zone automatic climate control, a rear spoiler, and keyless entry. Apple CarPlay is now standard in every model while drivers can opt for a factory-installed navigation system on any trim.
Returning for 2019 with an exciting redesign is the Avalon, Toyota’s mid-range SUV with style and character. The Avalon gets an updated infotainment system for the year with Apple CarPlay. Passengers can also enjoy more interior space from the new Avalon’s wider and longer body.
The 4Runner hasn’t gotten a full redesign since 2010 but its 2019 version comes with a few welcome updates. The new Limited Nightshade trim adds stylish black accents to the interior and exterior. The TRD Pro trim now includes a sunroof and a premium JBL sound system at no extra cost.
