2013 Fiat Model Overview

For 2013, Fiat continues to parse its single model, the 500, with the addition of the Fiat 500 Turbo variant. Known as the Cinquecento to fans of the Italian brand, the 2013 Fiat 500 is offered as a 3-door 500 hatchback, 2-door 500 Cabrio (500c) and performance-tuned 500 Abarth. Vehicles equipped with the standard engine and a manual gearbox are EPA-rated to get better fuel economy this year, and a new Beats by Dr. Dre audio system is available as an option.

2013 Fiat 500

The Fiat 500 is a mini-compact 3-door hatchback with seating for 4 passengers. It is offered with a 101-horsepower, 1.4-liter 4-cylinder engine or a new turbocharged 1.4-liter 4-cylinder good for 135 horsepower and 53% more torque than the standard engine, according to Fiat. A 5-speed manual gearbox is standard, with a 6-speed automatic transmission available as an option. Trim levels are Pop, Sport, Turbo, Lounge and Gucci.

2013 Fiat 500 Abarth

The Fiat 500 Abarth is a performance-tuned version of the 500 hatchback model. It is equipped with a turbocharged, 1.4-liter 4-cylinder engine that generates 160 horsepower and 170 lb.-ft. of torque, and comes only with a 5-speed manual gearbox engineered specifically for this model. Performance suspension, performance brakes, performance tires, and a performance exhaust system are standard, and this model features unique interior and exterior design elements.

2013 Fiat 500c

The Fiat 500 Cabrio, or 500c, features a power-retractable cloth top that opens in three stages: as a sunroof over the front seats, as a panoramic sunroof over the front and rear seats, or as a convertible with the top stacked atop the trunk. The 500c is offered only with a 101-horsepower, 1.4-liter 4-cylinder engine paired with a standard 5-speed manual or optional 6-speed automatic transmission. The lineup includes Pop, Lounge and Gucci trim levels.
