New models to the 2019 Mercedes-Benz lineup include the A-Class and AMG GT 4-Door Coupe. Redesigned models include the CLS-Class, G-Class, and Sprinter. Freshened models include the C-Class and E-Class. Other models see minor, if any, modifications for 2019. New GT 4-Door Coupe debuts in GT53, GT63, and GT63 S model series
GT53 has a 429-horsepower, turbocharged, 3.0-liter inline 6-cylinder engine with EQ Boost mild-hybrid technology
GT63 features a 577-horsepower, twin-turbocharged, 4.0-liter V-8 engine
GT63 S thunders down the road with a 630-horsepower version of the twin-turbo 4.0-liter
All three have an AMG Speedshift 9-speed transmission (TCT in GT53 and MCT in others) and performance-tuned 4Matic all-wheel drive (AWD); GT63 S gets an exclusive “drift mode”
Available Executive Rear Seat that folds in a 40/20/40 split in order to maximize cargo space
The GT C Coupe gets standard heated and ventilated front seats
7-speed dual-clutch automated manual transmission is standard
First model to get the automaker’s new Mercedes-Benz User Experience (MBUX) infotainment system, which the company says uses artificial intelligence to adapt to the user
