INFINITI QX30 Models and QX30 History
The Infiniti QX30 debuted in 2017 as what the luxury car company has dubbed a ‘premium active crossover'. The platform and powertrain for the QX30 was acquired through a partnership with Mercedes-Benz. Derived from the Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class, the QX30 infuses Infiniti's bold, athletic look fitting the luxury brand's current design philosophy. Complementing the sharp exterior is a cabin promoting both sport and luxury through asymmetric surfaces. Available with front-wheel drive or Intelligent All-Wheel Drive, the Infiniti QX30 is propelled through a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine matched with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission featuring paddle shifters. Installed with standard Infiniti InTouch featuring a seven-inch touchscreen, the Infiniti QX30 crossover is also available with a wide selection of advanced safety equipment. Debuting with the Infiniti brand on the 2017 QX30, Intelligent Park Assist allows the vehicle to be directed into a parallel or reverse-in parking spot with the aid of 12 sensors. No major changes are expected for the Infiniti QX30 heading into the 2018 model year.
