Proving luxury and pickup truck utility can exist in harmony, the GMC Sierra Denali debuted in 2003. Replacing the short-lived Sierra C3, the 2003 GMC Sierra Denali was introduced as an extended cab model offered exclusively with a 325-horsepower 6.0-liter V-8 and AutoTrac all-wheel drive system. A unique chrome mesh grille served as an immediate identifier for the Denali trim on the Outside while leather seating, dual-zone climate control and a Bose audio system are high-end interior touches. Two major changes were performed to the Sierra Denali for 2005. The body style shifted from the extended cab body style to a four-door crew cab while the unique Quadrasteer technology was dropped. All-new GMC Sierra pickup in 2007 included an upgraded Denali trim offered for the first time with the choice of rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive. A host of minor changes has been performed to the Sierra Denali trim level from 2008 to 2013. An all-new GMC Sierra introduced in 2014 included a Denali model with 20-inch chrome wheels and standard eight-inch IntelliLink infotainment system. For 2015, the GMC Sierra Denali added magnetic ride control suspension and OnStar with 4G LTE.
