Extending the performance M badge to crossover vehicles for the 2010 model year, the BMW X5 M furnished 555-horsepower of all-wheel drive momentum. Directly competing against the Mercedes-Benz ML63 AMG and the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT-8, the 2010 BMW X5 M received a very athletic style complete with 20-inch wheels and a unique front end. Inside the 2010 X5 M, Bluetooth connectivity, navigation with voice activation system and a 12-speaker audio unit is found standard. The five-passenger cabin of the X5 M also included standard-equipped premium leather upholstery and unique sport seats. The high-performance luxury crossover vehicles performance was derived from a twin-turbocharged 4.4-liter V8 engine. A six-speed M Sport transmission with a manual shift mode was mated to the V-8 powerplant that generates a potent 555 horsepower. In a straight line, the 2010 BMW X5 M crossover vehicle accelerates from 0 to 60 miles per hour in just 4.5 seconds. For cornering as well as handling on various roads, a modified suspension system, upgraded brakes with four-piston calipers and a Dynamic Stability Control are standard equipped. Options that appeared with the BMW X5 M included a heads-up display, Comfort Access Keyless Entry and a rear seat entertainment system. The high-performance BMW X5 M was a high-end offering available from 2010 until the end of the 2013 model year.
