The automaker had a busy year bringing widespread changes to the sedan line in MY 2019. The Q50 gets a new platform and more standard amenities including automatic emergency braking and the debut of the manufacturer’s Direct Adaptive Steering system. Add-ons are Forward Emergency Braking with pedestrian detection and Distance Control Assist. It also drops its hybrid and gains a Red Sport performance edition. It has a 400-horsepower, 3.0-liter V6 engine with a seven-speed automatic transmission and rear- or all-wheel drive. The cabin has leather upholstery, sport pedals, and a navigation system with voice activation. The manufacturer sweetens the pot with more onboard amenities for the Q70. It receives a heated steering wheel, 360-degree camera, a premium stereo upgrade with ten speakers, climate-controlled front seats, and the INFINITI InTouch Navigation system with voice activation out-of-the-box. It comes in four trim levels including 3.7 LUXE, 3.7X LUXE, 5.6 LUXE, and 5.6X LUXE.
