The 2019 Honda Passport is all new this year. The Passport lands somewhere between the CR-V and the Pilot and competes with the likes of a Ford Edge or Hyundai Santa Fe. The Passport is roomier than the CR-V but without the third row of the Pilot. The 2019 Passport comes with Honda’s safety-sensing suit and driver-assist technologies, as well as all-wheel drive. It has a 280 horsepower 3.5-liter V6 and features a nine-speed automatic like the Pilot. The Honda Insight is also entirely new this year. This is Honda’s latest hybrid in a compact sedan. With 52 miles to the gallon, it stands up next to the Toyota Prius. Yet the Insight is quieter and has a higher-feeling cabin. The safety ratings are superb, and it comes with lane-assist, forward-collision warning, driver-inattention monitoring, among other sensing features. It runs on a lithium-ion battery and 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine. The Honda Insight comes in three trim levels: LX, EX, and Touring.
