I just pulled a 5x8 trailer overloaded with 1800 lbs of tools and a snap on box, and other contents weighing in at over 2000 lbs total. It consumed a lot of gas over the 2300 mile trip from Texas, to Idaho through mountain range covered in snow. If not for AWD , and the 8 speed automatic/manual transmission, I would blown the transmission up for sure. I had to reduce speed to 40 mph, and down shift to 3rd gear to pull the mountains in Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington, but it pulled the load up with with little trouble at the right power curve. I’m impressed, the AWD was a big help.

Automatic starter sucks warms engine not car. Also Defroster takes forever to defrost front and rear window making it so that ice sticks on wipers. So disappointed I couldn''t wait for automatic starter I have had many in other vehicles so turned off by this when my lease is up not sure what to do. I leave heat on high in car but doesn''t really matter. Again so disappointed cold car who would have know bought it in the fall. Also leave defroster on for front and back when turned off but when automatic starter is used only front defroster turns on not that it matter doesn''t warm up anyway

It doesn''t accelerate like a sports car but it''s comfortable, rides and handles well and has plenty of cargo space. It''s also fuel efficient and looks good. It''s not the vehicle for race car enthusiasts or large families but it''s a great small SUV. If you are looking for a small SUV definitely test drive the 2018.5 Nissan Rogue Sport.
