I like the Pathfinders ride and towing capabilities the most. It’s a pleasure to drive on long rides and in bad weather . In the six months that I have owned the Pathfinder it has performed flawlessly and smoothly I highly recommend the pathfinder

I love my 2018 Nissan Pathfinder!!! This SUV gets five stars from me because it exceeds my wants, needs and dreams of what I want in a vehicle in every single area of importance to me. First of all, it is very roomy inside, with seats that are a high grade leather and stand up to my dog and his paws on them around 15 times in and out of the vehicle daily. It has every helpful and luxury feature that is important to me. For instance, I love the remote start because it works flawlessly. I can just stick my hand out the front door ten minutes before needing to leave my house. But the one feature that truly benefits me and my broken down body more than most anything else is the heated steering wheel. Anyone who has rheumatoid arthritis will tell you that heat on arthritic hands in the cold while driving, is a luxury that I never expected to be able to have in my lifetime. The 360 clear view, sharp picture and contrast camera is absolutely amazing. It is enormously helpful when navigating tight situations in big city traffic, it saves your tires/wheels/rims while parking, and allows you to park so much better that you ever could before. The exactness of this camera feature, combined with the sonar letting you know where you are - and the way the sound increases in intensity as you get closer to an object is a life saver. AND, an accident saver. But the other features that are truly even more of accident savers are the forward collision warning with automatic braking and the intelligent cruise control. These are both things that actually adapt to your way of driving too- if I'm not mistaken, it is a form of A.I.- but it always lets you know what it is about to do, in a successive manner, so you have plenty of time to react. And if for some reason you don't have plenty of time to react, then you will be VERY glad you have these features because they will most likely be your best prevention from an accident- which is typically caused by the other drivers on the road not paying attention. The adaptive cruise control works by adjusting the speed control of the vehicle to keep it a safe distance away from the vehicle in front of you AND the vehicles that take over your lane dangerously or at speeds that are too fast and then they have to slam on their brakes because they made a bad decision about when to get into your lane. Again, you can control this just like you would normally, with a tap to the brake. You can also adjust it's sensitivity to three different levels. Once you find the one that is right for you, you will again wonder how you lived without this safety feature. Because it also works in conjunction with the sonar system- so if something really bad is about to happen, it can brake faster than you can think or even know what is about to happen. I know it's difficult to trust this technology- which is why you can turn it off if you don't want it, and then there are all the adjustments I mentioned (and more, too) that you can set, re-set, or simply change the setting for different road and traffic conditions. It takes a little bit of time to get used to these features, but when you get comfortable with them, you will see how much of a safety feature they really are vs. a luxury feature. The automatic lights are wonderful if you drive at dusk. he sonar and automatic braking are again, VERY HELPFUL when driving at this time of the day. The vehicle also has automatic dimming of the rearview mirror and the side mirrors too. The agility and quick pick up of the power of this SUV drives like a very well tuned sports car, but with all the comforts of the things I've spoke of in this review and in what you will feel the second you slip behind the wheel to test drive the new Pathfinder for the first time. There are many more safety and luxury features that I don't have room to mention here.

Ford and GM do not offer a warranty over 3 years or 36,000 miles ,and for the cost of the vehicle they could do better. Nissan has a good warranty and is nice equip with a lot of ext. I am a GM man.
