See All Model YearsLearn MoreIf you’re looking for a sedan, Ford offers a choice in the compact, mid-size, and large classes. The compact Focus (also available as a hatchback), the mid-size Fusion, and the full-size Taurus make up the Ford sedan lineup. The Fusion offers a hybrid and plug-in hybrid model, while there’s an electric version of the Focus. The Focus offers three- or four-cylinder power, and you can even get a manual transmission. New for the Focus for 2016 are an updated version of Ford’s Sync and an available automatic transmission for the smaller engine, along with new color and wheel options. The gas-powered Fusion offers a choice of three four-cylinder engines, all of which mate to a six-speed automatic transmission. The Fusion is front-wheel drive, but all-wheel drive is available. For 2016, the Fusion gets an available cold-weather package, a new center stack, and a new available appearance package. The Taurus offers V-6 or four-cylinder power, a six-speed automatic transmission, and front- or all-wheel drive, depending on engine choice. It also offers a performance version, called the SHO, that comes with a 365-horsepower V-6 and all-wheel drive. For 2016, the Taurus adds Sync 3, a standard rearview camera, and new paint colors.
