With prices starting at a little under $23,000 with standard 4-wheel drive, the classic Wrangler is one of the best SUV values available. The 6-speed manual transmission helps the Wrangler achieve a decent 17 mpg city and 21 mpg highway rating. Jeep considers the Wrangler's off-road prowess integral to the brand and they continue to make one of the most capable 4-wheel drive vehicles available.
A powerful and feature-rich convertible SUV that can seat four passengers, the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited certainly won’t disappoint. It comes in three different trims that include: Sport, Sahara and Rubicon. The base model offers 16” wheels made from steel, manual accessories, soft top and six-speaker audio system. You will want to consider upgrading to a higher trim level to enjoy add-ons that include things like: four doors, a larger gas tank, added trunk space, 60/40-split rear bench, full power accessories, 17” or 18”wheels, sports-tuned suspension, automatic head lights, colored fender flares and premium Alpine audio system (six-speaker). The Rubicon is the off-roading version that offers things like a sway bar, skid plates, rear-locking differentials, rock rails and many others. Add-ons can also add amenities like a touchscreen GPS display with Bluetooth/USB/iPod integration, a removable hardtop, and a number of other possible upgrades. Powering the Wrangler Unlimited is a 3.6-liter V6 that makes 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque, and that is capable of towing up to 3,500 pounds. The car is backed by Jeep’s 36-month/36,000-mile limited warranty.
