I LOVE my Jaguar. I wish I had the S for the exhaust option but I am very happy after 1 year of ownership. I don''t take it to a carwash, I do it by hand. My last convertable (Porsche) had several issues and the style is dated. This is a much better looking and more room.

German engineering with a British soul is how I would describe the Jaguar F-Type. Key components (over 50% by cost) come from Germany and are from suppliers to BMW, Porsche and Mercedes. But the British design is eye-catching and show-stopping. This is a track-ready car available with as much horsepower as you want to handle -- I drove the 550 HP V8 on the track and ordered the 380 HP V6 for the street. I smile every time I drive it and I get thumbs up and smiles from pedestrians and fellow drivers. Exceptionally driver focused; ergonomically designed to make the driver one with the vehicle. Technology is there to help and support fast driving, not distract. Vision package with headlights that track with the vehicle was a great option. Reliability has been terrific: 18,000 trouble-free miles. Now available with a manual but I'd sooner divorce the wife than part with mine. I've done 500 mile days in supreme comfort.

Best sports car on the market for the money, especially 'R' The only reason when replacing my 2015 Jaguar F-type R model when I got a new car 6/30/17 was because I was fortunate to be able to afford a Ferrari California T. If not I was going to get the top of the line F-type SVR convertible. I test drove it and it is spectacular and again the best car out there at that cost and others comprable, such as a Porshe, are considerably more in cost but not in what the car can deliver. The Ferrari is in a league all to itself, like no other sports car in the world.

This is truly elegant design. I choose the S option, but the standard has plenty of power. The 8 cylinder car is over powered, and the company had to adopt all wheel drive to make it safe and not to burn off the tires when accelerating. Have no idea why Jaguar advertisements have a fake European style license plate on their front grill - perhaps they have a trade mark issue with another brand. They would sell more if they ( like all other brands with the exception on Bentley) had photographs of the grill without the fake license plate - it is truly a beautiful car. Our dealership provided complimentary pick up and return for service so never had to go in for service. I moved over from being a Porsche owner - great move ! Had a minor software issue with the transmission which was quickly solved by the dealership.
