Special features for 2015
The 2015 QX60 competes among luxury SUVs, but it offers more luxury and refinement than many of its competitors. Standard luxury items such as leather seats and a panoramic sunroof immediately distinguish the QX60 from the run-of-the-mill minivan. The QX60 strikes a nice balance between space, luxury and price, adding a dose of clever design and state-of-the-art technology for good measure.
The seven-passenger QX60 by Infiniti is about as large as luxury, full-sized SUVs come. It’s equipped with 18” premium alloy wheels, automated bi-xenon headlamps, fog lamps, LED tail lamps, heated and powered mirrors, powered sunroof, powered rear liftgate, remote entry/start, premium leather upholstery, powered and heated front seats, triple-zone climate control (automated), Bluetooth/iPod/USB integration, 7” touchscreen console with GPS and backup camera, and a six-speaker audio system. Addable options can increase the touchscreen size to 8”, add a 13-speaker sound system and also include things like parking sensors (front and rear) with 360-degree backup camera, voice-controlled GPS and command console, collision mitigation system with brake assist, two-screen rear DVD system, larger 20” wheels, powered third-row seating, panoramic sunroof and a 15-speaker Bose audio system, just to name a few. Powering the QX60 is a 3.5-liter V6 engine that is rated at 265 horsepower and 248 pound-feet of torque. Infiniti offers a four-year/50,000-mile limited warranty.
