Special features for 2015

Hyundai is blurring class lines with the Veloster. It's got doors like a coupe yet it's shaped like a hatchback. No matter what it's called, the Veloster is designed to win over just about everyone. With attractive and unique asymmetrical styling and a sporty demeanor, the Veloster is loaded with standard features that set it apart. Add to that best-in-class interior volume and high-quality materials, with a base price just over $17,000, and the Hyundai Veloster is hard to beat.
The Veloster is a hatchback made by Hyundai that has room for four passengers and that features an odd mix of three doors (one driver-side and two passenger-side). It is offered in three trim levels: base, Turbo R-Spec and Turbo. Standard equipment on this nifty ride includes: 17” alloy wheels, LED running lights, heated and powered mirrors, remote entry, backup camera with 7” touchscreen display console, Bluetooth/iPod/USB connectivity and a six-speaker audio system. Consider the optional upgrades and trim level enhancements to get added amenities that include: leather seating, aluminum pedals, black interior trim accents, 18” alloy wheels, remote start, standard 115-volt power outlet, fog lights, LED tail lamps, GPS system and premium LG eight-speaker audio system. A special Turbo edition is offered that features a manual transmission and sport-tune suspension and brakes with sport body kit. Powering the Veloster is a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine that’s rated at 138 horsepower and 123 pound-feet of torque. This can be upgraded, with the Turbo R-Spec trim, to a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine that makes 201 hp and 195 lb-ft of torque. The Veloster comes with a five-year/60,000-mile warranty.
