2015 model year changes
BMW has given the X3 a facelift for 2015, reworking both the interior and exterior styling to make the vehicle look just a bit more up to date. Additionally, several new mechanical configurations are available for 2015. Rear wheel drive will be an option on the 4-cylinder gasoline model, while a new 4-cylinder diesel engine has also been introduced. It promises to improve fuel economy while still providing adequate power.
Quick and nimble; very fuel-efficient compared to other crossovers; comfortable, well-appointed cabin; long list of technology features and upgrades
Special features for 2015
The X3 is one of the quickest and most nimble-handling of the compact luxury-brand crossovers; yet it's also one of the most fuel-efficient in 4-cylinder xDrive28i form. The sensible, yet stylish cabin strikes a great balance between plush comfort and practical family sensibilities, and it has one of the more comfortable back seats in its class; while the number of useful high-tech features and driver aids is impressive.
