2013 model year changes
The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter continues into 2013 with very few changes. An optional 7-speed automatic transmission is the most significant new feature, while the braking system is also updated with new electronics. The brakes will automatically apply a small amount of pressure in the wet to keep rotors dry and full braking will now automatically be applied if the car detects an emergency braking situation.
The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, with its easy entry and exit, comfortable seating and economical operation, is ideally suited to airport shuttles, church groups and retirement homes. Mercedes-Benz diesel engines are known for their longevity and durability, as well as their low cost of operation over many years of ownership.
Mercedes-Benz says that the Sprinter offers best-in-class roof height and the easiest step-in height among large vans.
