See All Model YearsLearn MoreMercedes-Benz's charge into 2011 is led by a brand-new halo car. The successor to the SLR McLaren supercar, the 2011 SLS AMG arrives at the zenith of Mercedes-Benz's performance. A 563-horsepower powerplant is mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission for 0 to 62-mile per hour acceleration in 3.7 seconds. The gull-wing doors replicate the look of the popular 300SL produced in the 1950s. Revised and restyled, the 2011 Mercedes-Benz CL-class is led by a forceful CL550 model energized by a 429-horsepower turbocharged V-8 engine. A 536-horsepower Mercedes-Benz CL63 AMG is also available for the 2011 model year. For 2011, the E-Class is now offered with a diesel powerplant. The 2011 Mercedes-Benz E350 BlueTEC sedan features a 3.0-liter turbocharged diesel engine that develops 400 pound-feet of torque. Revised 2011 model year styling has been added to the R-Class luxury crossover for a more modern look. The 2011 model year results in the loss of two, powerful open-top Mercedes-Benz vehicles. The SL-Class is no longer available with a V-12 engine while the SLK55 AMG has been dropped.
