2010 Jaguar XF Values
Select a 2010 Jaguar XF trim level
The 2010 Jaguar XF is a luxury four-door sedan with refined styling and classic appeal. The base XF is no slouch thanks to a 4.2L V8 which makes 300 hp. Jaguar has produced a new larger 5.0L V8 for its Premium trim, which produces 385 hp. For the top of the line XFR, Jaguar has fitted the 5.0L with a supercharged pushing power to 510 hp. Each trim is controlled with a six-speed automatic transmission. Standard amenities are upscale and plentiful including heated seats, voice-activated navigation, Sirius satellite radio, and steering wheel mounted paddle shifters.
2010 model year changes
For 2010, there are three new trims for the Jaguar XF. The XF Premium trim offers a naturally-aspirated 5.0-liter V8 engine, the XF Supercharged gets the same engine but delivers almost 100 more horsepower, and the high-performance XFR has an even more powerful engine that delivers 510 horsepower. All trims have additional noise-reduction materials for 2010. The 4.2L V8 supercharged engine from 2009 has been discontinued.
Competitive comparison
Performance and luxury in the Jaguar tradition; stunning interior appointments; wide range of quality materials
Special features for 2010
Designed as a replacement for the S-Type, the Jaguar XF is a midsize luxury car / sports sedan that was first sold in the United States for the 2009 model year. It competes directly with the BMW 5-Series, Lexus GS 460 and Mercedes-Benz E-Class. Like other Jaguar models, the XF flaunts a very sporty and stylish appearance, with a low roofline and more aggressive stance, pronounced fender vents and a bulging hood design. It's got a more flamboyant style than the competition, not to mention strong luxury and with the XFR, a 510 horsepower engine.
