2007 model year changes
Lexus's midsize RX crossover SUV is completely redesigned for 2007. The RX 350, replacing last year's RX 330 model, gets more power (47 more horsepower, to be exact) and increased fuel efficiency, in addition to improvements in ride and handling and new options such as a rear DVD player with 9-inch screen and an Adaptive Front lighting system. Both front- and all-wheel-drive 400h hybrid models return for 2007.

Special features for 2007
Performance is now a standout attribute for the 2007 Lexus RX; the new RX 350 can accelerate from 0 to 60 in as little as 7.3 seconds, which Lexus says is comparable to some rival V8 models. The RX 350 also provides the best-in-class fuel economy rating, though, at 20 city, 25 highway for the front-wheel-drive model. The crossover SUV has been redesigned with a sleeker, sportier appearance, and a more luxurious interior, while the RX can be equipped with several high-tech luxury features, such as laser cruise control and adaptive headlights, that are otherwise available in more expensive vehicles. The former RX 330 was ranked highest among entry luxury SUVs in J.D. Power and Associates' Initial Quality Study (IQS).
Updated for 2007 and replacing the RX 330, the RX350 is an entry-level luxury cross-over SUV that has four-doors and five-passenger seating capacity. Available in Premium, Premium Plus, Performance, Navigation System, Multi-Moon and Luxury Package, the RX350 has a 3.5Liter V6 that delivers 270HP with a five-speed automatic transmission and is available in either front-wheel or all-wheel-drive configuration.
