2007 model year changes

After being completely new for 2006, Aston Martin's Vantage is carried over to 2007 with few changes. New leather-upholstered seats are added for 2007, along with head and thorax side air bags. A clutchless, F1-style gearbox called SportShift joins the options list.

Special features for 2007

The two-seat 2007 Vantage is more of a sports car than the larger, heavier 2+2 models from Aston Martin, and the Vantage ranks as the most affordable vehicle in the British automaker's exclusive model line. It's a direct competitor to the Porsche 911, and possibly the Jaguar XKR and the Audi R8.
The 2007 Aston Martin Vantage is a top-of-the-line two door luxury vehicle offered in two door Coupe and two door Convertible configurations with some of the most beautiful styling appointments available on the market today. In addition to its sleek, cat-like stance, the Vantage features a throaty 380 horsepower 4.3-liter gas-powered V8 mated to either a 6-speed manual transmission or a 6-speed Sportshift automatic. In addition to "wow” features (such as 20 interior color choices) the Vantage comes ridiculously equipped with tons of power controls and solid safety features.
