The 1999 Saturn lineup continues to feature the SC coupe, SL sedan and SW wagon. For conventional buyers, the most notable addition to the Saturn brand is found on the coupe. Allowing for easier access to the rear seat, the Saturn SC is now offered with a three-door configuration. Available for limited fleet use by the United States portal service, Saturn's 1999 lineup also includes a right-hand drive version of the SW wagon. As a more festive inclusion for 1999, Saturn has also prepared a series of special SL2 sedans as part of a Homecoming Commemorative Edition. With roughly 4,000 examples produced, the 1999 Homecoming Edition Saturn SL2 models were painted in a Gold Green exterior color and came well-equipped with machine-finished alloy wheels, cloth and leather seating as well as unique floor mats.
