A compact pickup truck, 2010 Ford Ranger is available as a Regular cab which seats three passengers, or a Super cab which seats up to five. The regular cab is only available with RWD whereas the super cab is offered with RWD or 4WD. A 143 hp 2.3L four-cylinder engine is the base offered and pairs with a five-speed manual or five-speed automatic transmission. A larger 4.0L V6 is optional, produces 207 hp and is offered with the same transmission choices as the four-cylinder engine. Roll Stability control is a new standard safety feature for the 2010 model. |
