2009 Ford Econoline Wagon
2009 Ford Econoline Wagon
New for the 2009 Ford Econoline Wagon are a redesigned instrument panel and standard stability control, as well as options, such as a navigation system, satellite radio and rearview camera. The 4.6L and 5.4-liter V8 engines now run on E85 ethanol, and a V10 engine is again available, this time displacing the 6.8L engine, while the 6.0L diesel V8 has been dropped. Standard on the 8-passenger E-150, the 4.6L V8 generates 225 hp and 286 lb-ft of torque. The 5.4L V8, rated at 255 hp and 350 lb-ft of torque, is optional on the E-150 and standard on the spacious 15-passenger E-350 models. Both engines are paired with a 4-speed automatic transmission. Upgrading to a 6.8L V10 buys you 305 hp and 420 lb-ft of torque with a mandatory 5-speed automatic. Among the many Econoline features and options are leather-trimmed quad captain's chairs, keyless entry, privacy glass, running boards, two-tone paint, upgraded aluminum wheels, sliding passenger side, different seating configurations, power driver seat, in-dash 6-CD changer and rear-seat DVD entertainment system.
