Subaru began 2013 by unveiling the seductively styled BRZ coupe as well as the XV Cross Trek crossover SUV as new additions to their lineup. The Tribeca was reduced to a solitary Limited trim level, while the 2013 Outback got a new front end, an upgraded and more fuel efficient four-cylinder engine with continuously variable transmission, new suspension, collision mitigation system and remote entry/start. Meanwhile, Bluetooth/iPod/UBS integration and a media-enhanced steering wheel were added to the Impreza and Forester as standard features.
