See All Model YearsLearn MoreChevrolet's entry-level subcompact vehicle has undergone a lively advancement for 2012. Replacing the Aveo, the Chevrolet Sonic boasts a higher standard of build quality and value than any vehicle presented by the brand for the small vehicle category. The Sonic is offered as a sedan or hatchback body style. The 2012 Chevrolet Camaro receives some additional clout thanks to the all-new ZL1 trim. Generating 580-horsepower from a supercharged V-8 engine, the Camaro ZL1 is upgraded to handle 4-second acceleration times and top speeds up to 184 miles per hour. Chevrolet's largest sedan, the 2012 Impala, is now propelled by a new 3.6-liter engine paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. With exception to the all-new Sonic, improved Impala and the Camaro ZL1 model, changes to the 2012 Chevrolet line-up have been limited to minor trim enhancements. Chevrolet Equinox and Volt will be among the first vehicles of the brand to showcase a new infotainment system called Chevrolet MyLink.
