Extensive improvements have been made to the Land Rover lineup for 2010 with three of four models receiving updates. Land Rover's Range Rover flagship is the first notable member of the luxury sport utility vehicle brand to receive improvements. A new 5.0-liter V-8 engine producing 375 horsepower debuts for 2010 on the Range Rover HSE. Replacing a 400-horsepower engine, the 2010 Range Rover Supercharged model is now propelled by the force of 510 horsepower. Gaining a new exterior and interior appearance, the 2010 Land Rover Range Rover has been heavily modernized in the name of comfort as well as safety. Based on the LR4 platform, the Range Rover Sport adopts the larger vehicle's style. The naturally-aspirated and supercharged 5.0-liter V-8 engines have also been added to the 2010 Range Rover Sport resulting in a powerful, new presence. Available with seven-passenger capacity, the 2010 Land Rover LR4 receives only the naturally-aspirated, 375-horsepower 5.0-liter V-8 engine but receives its own exterior redesign. The Land Rover LR2 receives few changes for 2010.
