2007 model year changes

New for 2006, the DTS replaced the long-lived DeVille in Cadillac's large car stable. Changes for 2007 include new wheel center caps, a redesigned key fob and enhanced OnStar system. Also, the powertrain warranty is extended to five years or 100,000 miles.

Fresh Cadillac styling; enough room inside to stretch out; comfortable ride.

Special features for 2007

For traditional luxury large car buyers, the 2007 Cadillac DTS remains one of only a handful of choices. The DTS compares favorably against its rivals, with more power than the Lincoln Town Car and a larger, more impressive interior than the Chrysler 300. It also offers plenty of luxury features and comfort for its $42,210 base price.
Completely redesigned for 2007, the Escalade is now lower with a wider stance for advanced ride and handling. Early on the Escalade will only be offered in all-wheel-drive configuration; look for a two-wheel-drive version later in the model year. The only available engine is the 6.2Liter V8 that produces 403HP and is linked to a six-speed manual transmission with manual shifting mode.
