A product of Eldorado Motor Corporation, motorhomes under the Encore band were assembled for the first time in 1982. Introducing itself to the marketplace as 20-foot and 24-foot Class C motorhomes, the Encore/El Dorado brand quickly expanded to produce Class A recreational vehicles. Encore/El Dorado motorhomes more notable quality was a high cargo and passenger load capacity thanks to a strong Class A chassis. The Encore/El Dorado branding was discontinued after the 1988 model year.
