Founded in 1955, Arlington, Texas-based Mobile Scout constructed several different types of recreational products. Originally centered on building travel trailers, Mobile Scout would need fifth wheel trailers as well as the construction of Class C motorhomes by the 1970s. While the company went bankrupt after 1979, the Mobile Scour name had been reactivated by SunnyBrook RV in more recent years.
