A modern, lightweight scooter, the 2014 Yamaha Zuma is identified for its practicality as well as its fat 120/90-10 tires. For 2014, the Zuma is offered in three trim models but share a number of traits projecting a slight utilitarian image. The wide tread tires on the Zuma provide a significant contact patch with the ground for traction. Constructed on a steel tube frame, the fuel tank of the motor scooter has been placed for centralized mass. The two-passenger seat features an underseat storage compartment large enough to store a full-face helmet. There are two engine choices offered on the 2014 Yamaha Zuma featuring four-stroke engine technology and fuel injection. Delivering greater urban performance, the Zuma 125 is moved by a 124 cc engine. More powerful, the Zuma 125 still furnishes 89 miles per gallon fuel economy. The 2014 Yamaha Zuma 50F and Zuma 125 features a twin-headlight design while the sportier-looking Zuma 50FX wears only a single round headlamp.
