2014 Triumph Tiger Price Details and Specs



A line-up of adventure motorcycles, the 2014 Triumph Tiger line-up are created to travel a distance along paved or dirt-covered trails. Consisting of four models for 2014, the Triumph Tiger line-up shares a tubular steel trellis frame and full disc braking featuring a standard anti-lock braking system. The entry-level trim for the 2014 Triumph Tiger is the 800 ABS model. Powered by an electronically fuel-injected, 799 cc inline-three engine, the 2014 Triumph Tiger 800 ABS is motivated by 94 horsepower. Featuring Showa suspension components, the 2014 Triumph Tiger 800 ABS can deliver 7.1 inches of wheel travel at the front and 6.7 inches at the rear. Leaning deeper towards conquering dirt trails, the 2014 Triumph Tiger 800XC model features larger wheels and a longer travel suspension than the Tiger 800 ABS. On the 2014 Tiger 800XC, wheel travel is rated at 8.7 inches at the front and 8.5 inches at the rear. Greater engine output, the 2014 Triumph Tiger is sold in the Explorer and Explorer XC trim level. The 2014 Triumph Tiger Explorer and Explorer XC models are propelled by a 1,215 cc displacement engine controlled through ride-by-wire technology. The 2014 Triumph Explorer motorcycles include cruise control and an onboard computer system conveying information with functions such as two trip meters. Featuring only with a Matte Khaki Green paint color, the 2014 Triumph Explorer XC is equipped with fog lights and wire spoke wheels. On all 2014 Triumph Tiger models, the seating position height can be adjusted by 0.8 inches.
