Providing high-performance trail riding excitement, the 2014 Ski-Doo MX Z X-RS features a refined, new chassis and two-stroke engine power. For 2014, the MX Z X-RS is constructed on a REV-XS RS platform incorporating an adjustable steering post. Supported by front dual A-arms and a rear rMotion suspension unit, the 2014 MX Z X-RS presents a high maximum suspension travel range. With 15.5 inches of rear suspension travel, the snowmobile’s 120-inch long RipSaw track will allow a high level of handling precision. Propulsion for the 2014 Ski-Doo MX Z X-RS is derived from one of two Rotax E-TEC powerplant choices consisting of either the 600 H.O. or the 800R engine. Both engines are two-cylinder liquid-cooled powerplants utilizing electronic direct injection and 3-D R.A.V.E. technology. Electric start is included standard on the 2014 MX Z X-RS equipped with a Rotax E-TEC 600 H.O. engine. Riding on a narrow seat with 1.3-gallon storage compartment, the Ski-Doo MX Z X-RS provides the operator with multifunction steering controls.
