The most powerful crossover snowmobile in the XF lineup, the 2014 XF 9000 is powered by a 4-stroke, 1056cc, 2-cylinder turbocharged engine with a fuel capacity of 10.6 gallons. The Arctic Drive System is linked to an Arctic 6 post clutch, enabling smooth power delivery. Front travel is 10 in., courtesy of an Arctic Race Suspension with FOX FLOAT 3 shocks (Limited, Sno Pro, Cross Country Sno Pro, High Country Limited and High Country Sno Pro trims) or IFP shocks (LXR and CrossTour trims). Rear suspension components are comprised of a FasTrack slide-action suspension with Tri-hub rear axle system, making for 13.5/14.5 inches, depending on trim selection. Standard features include dual halogen headlight, front bumper, Mountain 6 in. skis, Cobra track, push-button reverse, adjustable mountain handlebar, deluxe digital gauge, electric gas gauge, low oil light, coolant overheat light, clock, high/low hand & thumb warmers, belt holder, altimeter, accessory outlet, low-height windshield, electric start, and air pump.
