Triumph’s only modern supersport product, the 2013 Daytona is a motorcycle bred for speed and performance. The 2013 model year version of the Triumph Daytona has received a multitude of refinements meant to explore high performance riding in greater depth. The 2013 Triumph Daytona enhancements are first made obvious with restyled bodywork. Larger headlamps and a repositioned exhaust system outlet found in the 2013 Triumph Daytona model. A change to the 2013 Triumph Daytona’s frame reduces the wheelbase and redistributes the motorcycle’s weight for improved handling. Paired with the new slimmer wheels on the 2013 Triumph Daytona, larger disc brakes includes the benefit of a switchable anti-lock braking system. The engine is also a source with refinement to the 2013 Triumph Daytona. The electronically fuel injected 675 cc inline-three engine has been strengthened with the addition of an aluminum cylinder block. A higher-revving engine compared the previous model year, the 2013 Triumph Daytona 675 is propelled by a perkier 126 horsepower. A racing-inspired 2013 Triumph Daytona 675R model features an extravagant design combining a Crystal White/Phantom Black paint scheme with a rich use of carbon fiber trim. The 2013 Triumph Daytona 675R rides on an adjustable suspension system supplied by Ohlins. The quickshifter connected to a close-ratio six-speed transmission is standard on the 2013 Triumph Daytona 675R and available for the base Daytona 675.
