Select 2012 Yamaha XVS250BB/C V-Star Options

The smallest displacement cruiser motorcycle available by Yamaha, the 2012 V Star is the ideal product for new riders or for those on a budget. Lightweight at just 324 pounds, the 2012 Yamaha V Star retains the overall design shown on its larger production siblings. A steel double-cradle frame forms the 2012 Yamaha V Star as a strong yet convenient motorcycle. Possessing a seat height of 27 inches, the rider can sit on the 2012 Yamaha V Star at a standstill with two feet easily planted on the ground. The low seating position also allows the 2012 Yamaha V Star to make use of a maximized center of gravity for better handling. A 33-millimeter front fork and a dual shock rear suspension with five-way preload adjustment provide ample wheel travel for city and highway riding. Propelled by a 249 cc V-twin engine, the 2012 Yamaha V Star 250 is a simple air-cooled, carbureted powerplant. For rider convenience, the 2012 Yamaha V Star 250 is equipped with an electric start. For 2012, the Yamaha V Star features a new set of handlebars to enhance style and riding comfort.
