2012 Triumph Speed Price Details and Specs
Riding strong thanks to some design and performance improvement in 2011, the 2012 Triumph Speed line features all the characteristics expected for a standard sport motorcycle. Constructed on an aluminum frame, the 2012 Triumph Speed is stiff enough to handle aggressive road-going conditions. Powering the 2012 Triumph Speed is an inline three-cylinder engine featuring a 1,050 cc displacement size. The 133 horsepower powerplant is provided in conjunction with the responsiveness of fuel injection system. A six-speed manual gearbox is fitted to the engine of the 2012 Triumph Speed providing ideal power management. The 2012 Triumph Speed line-up consists of the Triple and the Triple R model. The 2012 Triumph Speed Triple model is equipped with front and rear disc braking as well as a Showa suspension system. On the 2012 Triumph Speed Triple R model, the motorcycle is supported by a racier Ohlins suspension. Also included on the 2012 Triumph Speed Triple R are black PVM wheels and Brembo monobloc front brakes. The well-spaced handlebars and the positioning of the fuel tank insure an upright ride for the 2012 Triumph Speed operator.
