A snowmobile designed to conquer off-trail locations during winter, the 2012 Ski-Doo Renegade Backcountry X features power and capability. Constructed on a REV-XP platform, the 2012 Ski-Doo Renegade Backcountry X rides on an aggressive suspension system. Featuring dual A-arms at the front and a SC-5 rear suspension, the 2012 Ski-Doo Renegade Backcountry X’s ride is enhanced through the presence of HPG Plus R aluminum shocks with a rebound adjuster. Presenting an adjustable ski stance, the 2012 Ski-Doo Renegade Backcountry X’s all-new Pilot DS skis deliver usable traction. Engine choices for the 2012 Ski-Doo Renegade Backcountry X comprises of a Rotax E-TEC 600 H.O. and E-TEC 800R powerplant. Both powerplants equipped on the 2012 Ski-Doo Renegade Backcountry X are two-stroke, twin-cylinder engines featuring electronic direct injection. On the 2012 Ski-Doo Renegade Backcountry X E-TEC 800R model, owners are provided with a choice of the PowderMax or a Charger track. Riders of the 2012 Ski-Doo Renegade Backcountry X will be comforted by a new seat that also features an integrated 1.3 gallons of storage. Brembo braking, electronic reverse, 12-inch windshield and a multi-function instrument panel is standard on all 2012 Ski-Doo Renegade Backcountry X snowmobiles.
