2012 Polaris Ranger® RZR® XP™ Price Details and Specs
Taking sport off-road riding to the extremes, the 2012 Polaris Ranger® RZR® XP™ features peak power and ultimate traction. Sharing its design and steel frame with the Ranger® RZR®, the 2012 Polaris Ranger® RZR® XP™ is an evolution on the sport utility vehicle. Consisting of front double A-arms and an independent three-link trailing arm, the 2012 Polaris Ranger® RZR® XP™ features the damping control of Fox Podium X 2.0 shocks. For 2012, the front-end geometry has been rearranged for better steering. Offering some of the highest wheel travel available in the 2012 Polaris line-up, the Ranger® RZR® XP™ machine’s front wheels move by 13.5 inches while the rear suspension allows travel for up to 14 inches. A ground clearance of 13 inches is also top of the Polaris line-up. Propelling the 2012 Polaris Ranger® RZR® XP™ 900 with 88-horsepower, an electronically fuel-injected 760 cc two-cylinder engine provides ample ability for leaping through dirt, mud or sand. The rider-selectable all-wheel drive system on the 2012 Polaris Ranger® RZR® XP™ 900 also features a locking front differential. Another features found standard on the 2012 Polaris Ranger® RZR® XP™ includes a thick skid plate, full-disc braking and LED headlights. Four Polaris Ranger® RZR® XP™ limited edition versions of the sport utility vehicle are available in 2012. The limited edition models of the 2012 Polaris Ranger® RZR® XP™ include special paint colors and Bighorn tires.
