Able to accommodate up to six riders, the 2012 Polaris Ranger® Crew® utility vehicle range provides the capacity to trek almost anywhere at a farm or commercial worksite. Based on the Ranger® 500 and XP model, the 2012 Polaris Ranger® Crew® features a selectable all-wheel drive system, fully independent suspension and four-wheel hydraulic disc brakes. The Polaris Ranger® Crew® is presented in various trim levels for 2012. The base 2012 Polaris Ranger® Crew® 500 is powered by an electronically fuel-injected, liquid-cooled 498 cc engine. The 2012 Polaris Ranger® Crew® 500 features a cargo capacity of 500 pounds and the ability to tow up to 1,250 pounds. Capable of hauling twice the weight in its bed box compared to the 500 model, a more powerful 2012 Polaris Ranger® Crew® 800 features 40 horsepower generated from a 760 cc powerplant. Electric power steering is an option on the 2012 Polaris Ranger® Crew® 800 variant. The 2012 Polaris Ranger® Crew® can also be ordered with a 904 cc Yanmar supplied diesel engine. The 2012 Polaris Ranger® Crew® Diesel is capable of towing up to 2,000 pounds. For 2012, there is also variety of limited edition Polaris Ranger® Crew® 500 and 800 utility vehicles available. The 2012 Polaris Ranger® Crew® limited edition models feature unique body colors as well as Black Crusher wheel rims.
