A three-wheeled vehicle inspired by snowmobiles in appearance, the 2012 Can-Am™ Spyder rides on a suspension system consisting of front double A-arms with anti-roll bar and a rear swingarm with monoshock. With 5.7 inches of suspension travel, 2012 Can-Am™ Spyder is designed to provide a comfortable, steady ride on streets and highways. Weighing between 699 and 929 pounds, the 2012 Can-Am™ Spyder features a competent hydraulic braking system consisting of discs on all wheels with the aid of anti-lock braking control. Traction control, dynamic power steering and a vehicle stability system is also included on all 2012 Can-Am™ Spyder models as an addition measure of control for the rider. The 2012 Can-Am™ Spyder’s trim level line-up is divided by the RS and the touring-oriented RT.
