A new limited edition model for 2012, the BETA RR Factory is directly derived from the Italian motorbike’s off-road racing. Hand built, the 2012 BETA RR Factory is assembled on a gusseted steel frame. Suitable for handling off-road terrain, the 2012 BETA RR Factory’s front suspension consists of a 48-millimeter Marzocchi closed cartridge fork while a Sachs shock controls the rear wheel. Up to 11.4 inches of wheel travel is permitted for wheels supported by Michelin Enduro Competition tires for ample traction. Full disc braking featuring oversized rotors is standard the 2012 BETA RR Factory. Compared for the stock BETA RR, the 2012 RR Factory incorporates weight-saving attributes. The motorbike’s frame is two pounds lighter while magnesium engine covers and a titanium Arrow exhaust system on the BETA RR Factory contributes as a weight reduction. Four versions of the 2012 BETA RR Factory is offered featuring differing displacement sizes for the company’s in-house, single cylinder four-stroke engine. The line-up consists of a 2012 BETA RR Factory 350, 400, 450 and 498 models each mated to a six-speed transmission. A Dual-Map ignition with a race and play setting provides the rider of the 2012 BETA RR Factory motorbike with a tailored level of performance. Making the off-road ride more enduring for the rider, the 2012 BETA RR Factory includes a Progressive Handlebar Damping System.
