The 2009 Land Rover LR2

Instead of a home makeover show, I would like to see a car makeover show. Not of the “Pimp My Ride” variety, but one where a manufacturer takes a vehicle and transforms it into something better. They turn it into a vehicle that is both better looking and performing. Land Rover had done just that. It is nice to have good neighbors. For example, STILLEN who is right down the street  built the amazing Ford GT that competed in the Dunlop Targa Rally in New Zealand. Flying across the country to attend a wedding can be a trying task at times. Hotels, rentals cars, and the chance that you don’t really want to spend hours with people you don’t know. This wedding was taking place in Long Island and my wife and I have family and friends spread throughout New England so we decided to turn it into a week long road trip.
