Try to imagine race cars, new and old, roaring through your local suburban community. The glowing brakes and roaring engines a few feet away from you as the drivers wrestle their purpose-built machines down Main St. Now imagine piloting one of these rumbling rockets through side streets, past the local store fronts, and occasionally over someone’s lawn. You have just pictured the 7th Annual Targa Newfoundland.

This year marks the first year that Steve Millen, good friend to NADAguides.com, and his crew at STILLEN attempted to not only compete, but to win the event. The STILLEN folks teamed up with Mike Monticello from Road & Track who served as Co-Driver for the targa - their chariot of choice; a modified 2009 Nissan GT-R. How did they do? The NADAguides Ford GT, all nice and clean before it was sent to New Zealand to get very dirty at the capable hands of Steve Millen.

Steve Millen is down in his native New Zealand for the 2008 Dunlop Targa driving his STILLEN tuned NADAguides Ford GT.

The 2005 Ford GT is an impressive machine as delivered direct from the Ford factory. However, in stock form it is not quite ready for what Steve Millen wants to put it through. Steve Millen and his crew at STILLEN are competing in the Dunlop Targa Rally which is held in his native New Zealand. Steve was kind enough to bring the STILLEN Ford GT by our NADAguides office so we could get a look at it.

The first US-Spec 2009 Nissan GT-R has been delivered to a Southern California customer. Daryl Alison of Costa Mesa, CA, could not wait any longer and arranged delivery at 12:01 AM.
