The tenth-annual Cruisin’ for a Cure took place this past weekend at the Orange County Fairgrounds. This “show and drive” is a very important one to keep checked on your automotive event calendar. It is a showcase for hot rods, muscle cars, custom classics, rat rods, modern muscle, exotics and anything else under the sun to show up and show off. Seen in SoCal: Morgan Aero 8

The Morgan Aero 8 ... bug-eyed but still beautiful.

Here in Southern California, I come across all manner of automotive awesomeness. I see Ferraris, Bentleys, and other exotic cars on a weekly basis. One car I had never seen before is the Morgan Aero 8 ... until now.

Walking out of lunch the other day, I spotted this specimen sitting in the valet court practically screaming to be driven at questionable speeds. This car is capable of 0-60 jaunts in the sub 4.5 second range and has a top speed of 170 mph. More...

Maserati has released a few photos of their newest iteration of their flagship sedan, the Quattroporte. They refer to the car as a "second masterpiece" ... wow, those are good words. I would have just gone with "cool" or "awesome" or something else along the lines of a slack-jawed guffaw.
