Beautiful eyes, gorgeous hips, and a stunning profile have me completely in love

No I am not referring to a woman, but to the 2009 Audi R8. It has a polarizing appearance that quite literally causes people to shout nonsense at me when I am driving down the road. They crane their necks, twist their bodies, point at the car … and then turn into incoherent puddles of stupor. It all sounds quite dramatic, but their reactions are nothing compared to my own. Selecting a “Car of the Month” can sometimes be a tricky task. With hundreds of cars on the market, from SUVs to sedans, trucks to minivans, the selection process can sometimes be challenging and this month was no exception. We usually work to target new cars that consumers know little about and try to make our review process simple by providing a quick synopsis of our likes and dislikes for the chosen car.

The featured car for May came with some question marks. During the selection process, somebody on the team threw out the name Corvette. It was immediately overshadowed by the growingly popular and all-new Chevy Camaro. We did some research and, of course, every media outlet has some sort of story that features the new Camaro. The iconic sports car is back and has some new tricks to show you. The 2009 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 (and Carrera 4S) has a new engine, all-wheel drive system, and transmission, while there are subtle changes to the interior and exterior.

The 3.6-liter engine of the Carrera 4 has been bumped to 345 horsepower, which is a gain of 20 horsepower over the 2008 Porsche Carrera. The Carrera 4S has a 385 horsepower 3.8-liter engine, an increase of 30 horsepower. More...
