The 2008 Infiniti G37 Sport is a good-looking car. However, some feel that it is a step backward when compared to the previous Infiniti G35. I beg to differ …
You may think I'm crazy for saying this, but the 2008 Infiniti G37S is sort of a poor man's Maserati GranTurismo. Both cars have beautiful sweeping lines that rise over exaggerated front fenders and lead to a raked front window and 2+2-seater cockpit area. From there the eye is drawn into the strong angle of the rear glass and down into fenders that wrap nicely into the rear end of the cars. Once your brain catches up with your eye, you see the exhaust from which a truly beautiful sound is produced by both the 4.2-liter V8 of the Maserati and the 3.7-liter V6 of the Infiniti.
I believe Infiniti has taken the iconic lines of the G35 and turned them into a more mature -- yet slightly more exotic -- design for the G37.
For 2008, the Infiniti G37 has more power and is more mature than the G35.

I really like this photo of the car backs gleaming in the sun! http://i168.photobucket.com/albums/u195/jglucker/2008%20Infiniti%20G37%20Sport/2008-Infiniti-G37S-compare014-1.jpg
@Lianna:Thanks, I had some fun with those photos... now I just need to go buy a tripod so I can take some really good ones.
Apparently I'm the only one who shares the sentiment that the lines in G37 looks like those in Maserati GT.
