About Aviator
The Lincoln Aviator was launched in 2003, a midsized luxury SUV that offered seating for seven, was replete with amenities and that featured a very powerful 4.6-liter V8 engine that could churn out 302 horsepower. For the 2004 model year, minor changes were made to various packages and trim levels, the AdvanceTrac stability system anti-roll protection was introduced (optional), and a tire-pressure monitoring system was made standard. The 2005 model year offered the AdvanceTrac stability system anti-roll protection as a standard feature. Trim levels were reduced to one standard trim with a few optional packages, and 17 chromed alloy wheels and a new chromed grille were offered as standard features.
