In 2011, Lexus introduced the CT200h, a brand new luxury hatchback that offered a 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine that produced 184 horsepower. The 2012 CT 200h featured a new audible warning system so that pedestrians would be alerted that a hybrid car was approaching. The F Sport Special Edition now offered better suspension, and the carmaker added some design updates to the interior and exterior. There were no major changes for the 2013 CT 200h. In 2014, Lexus introduced a new style to the body in the front, adding LED headlights, new alloy wheels and a specially painted black roof to the F Sport package. The infotainment interface was unveiled and a higher quality speakers were added to the interior.
