Nissan’s trucks don’t tend to stand out as leaders in their segments, but they continue to have a lot to offer in comfort, capability, and versatility. New to the brand’s three 2019 truck models – Frontier, Titan, and Titan XD – is a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android and Apple integration. Both Titans also receive a new tech feature Nissan also placed on most of its SUVs: an alert that signals to the driver to check the rear seat before exiting the vehicle. A Fender premium sound system is now optional on the Titan and Titan XD. Otherwise, Nissan trucks went mostly unchanged for the year aside for some styling tweaks to the Titans. The Titan now stands as the brand’s main truck focus with its V8 engine, various cab configurations, five trim levels, and an impressive array of standard features like remote keyless entry, cruise control, and Nissan Connect.
